General Refund Policy

All payments made for training programs and consulting services are non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the scheduled session (no-shows). By registering for our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Training Programs

  • No Refund for Cancellations: Once registered for a training program, the fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This policy applies to all types of training programs, including online courses, workshops, and in-person sessions.
  • No Refund for Missed Sessions: If a participant fails to attend a scheduled training session (no-show) or misses any part of the training, no refund or credit will be provided. We encourage all participants to carefully review their schedules and ensure availability before registering for a program.
  • Transfer of Enrolment: Participants may transfer their enrolment to another session or a different provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original training start date. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by Unique Sustainability.

Consulting Services

No Refund for Cancellations: If the Client cancels the project after the consultancy has begun work, the initial payment and any subsequent payments made are non-refundable

Special Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that unforeseen situations can occur. In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or other significant life events), we may consider a partial credit or an alternative arrangement on a case-by-case basis. Documentation, such as a medical certificate, will be required to support such requests.
