Payment Terms

  • Initial Payment: A non-refundable upfront payment of 50% of the total project fee is required before the Consultancy commences any work on the project. This initial payment confirms the Client’s commitment to the project and allows the Consultancy to allocate resources and begin work as scheduled.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total project fee must be paid by the Client before the final results are dispatched to the Client. The final deliverables, including any reports, analyses, or recommendations, will not be released until the full payment is received.
  • Full Payment Requirement: The Participant must pay the full training fee before the training program commences. This payment confirms the Participant’s registration and secures their place in the training session. The Company reserves the right to deny access to the training if full payment is not received before the start date.
  • Payment Method: All payments must be made via the payment methods specified by the Consultancy. Payment details will be provided in the invoice sent to the Client.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Training Programs: The training fee is non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed, we are unable to return the money, as we have prepared the course materials and arranged our experts for a limited number of participants. If a participant is unable to attend the training due to unavoidable circumstances, we may consider them for the next available session. However, the final decision will be at the discretion of Unique Sustainability.
